The Divoom name, logo, product names, product designs, packaging, website content, app interfaces, product images, videos, graphics, icons, manuals, software, firmware, and related brand materials are owned by Divoom or used by Divoom under permission.
This includes, but is not limited to, Divoom products and product families such as Ditoo-Pro, Pixoo, Pixoo-64, Times Gate, Times Frame, Timebox, Tiivoo, MiniToo, and other Divoom pixel art, speaker, display, karaoke, backpack, charger, and smart desk products.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, or use Divoom intellectual property in a way that may confuse customers, misrepresent a relationship with Divoom, or suggest that an unauthorized product, store, app, file, accessory, service, or campaign is officially approved by Divoom.
The Divoom App and Divoom community are built for pixel art creation, sharing, and inspiration. Users may create, upload, display, or share pixel art, animations, photos, text, usernames, comments, and other creative content through Divoom services or related community features.
Divoom respects the rights of creators. If you create original pixel art, you should not upload or share content unless you have the rights or permission to do so. This includes artwork, characters, logos, music-related visuals, brand names, photographs, copyrighted images, or other protected materials owned by someone else.
If you submit content to Divoom services, campaigns, communities, or social media activities, you are responsible for making sure your content does not violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
Divoom does not want its products, app, website, community, or marketing channels to be used for infringement. We may remove, restrict, disable, or review content that appears to violate intellectual property rights, platform rules, community standards, or applicable law.

Divoom works to protect customers from counterfeit products, misleading listings, fake support pages, and unauthorized use of Divoom branding.
If you find a website, marketplace listing, advertisement, social media account, or seller that appears to be using Divoom images, product names, logos, packaging, or brand identity in a misleading way, please report it to us with the relevant link and screenshots.
Buying from unauthorized or misleading sellers may affect product authenticity, warranty support, software compatibility, after-sales service, and customer protection.
You may refer to Divoom products in reviews, tutorials, setup guides, social posts, videos, and editorial content as long as your use is accurate, honest, and does not imply an official partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or reseller relationship where none exists.
You may not use Divoom logos, product photos, app screenshots, packaging, website copy, product descriptions, or other brand assets for commercial purposes without permission, including in:
Divoom software, app interfaces, firmware, device connection flows, icons, graphics, and related digital materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
Do not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, modify, sell, or create unauthorized versions of Divoom software, firmware, app packages, device files, or digital services. For normal setup and use, customers should download the official Divoom App from trusted app stores and avoid unverified third-party downloads.
After receiving a report, Divoom may review the submitted information, contact the reporting party, request additional evidence, remove or restrict access to content, contact the user or seller involved, or take other appropriate action.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed. Divoom will review claims based on the information provided, the content involved, platform rules, applicable law, and the rights of all parties.
