At Divoom, payment security is part of the order experience. Orders placed on divoom.com are processed through Shopify Checkout, a secure hosted checkout used by Shopify stores to collect shipping details, payment details, and order information.
Divoom checkout uses secure HTTPS/TLS connections to help protect the information you enter during checkout. Payment details are handled through Shopify Checkout and the payment providers available to your order. Divoom does not store your full card number or card security code on our own servers.
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, and this compliance applies by default to stores powered by Shopify. PCI DSS is the payment card industry standard for protecting cardholder data. This helps ensure that checkout, payment processing, and related hosted commerce infrastructure follow strict payment security requirements.
Our currently enabled payment methods may include American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL Wero, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, USDC, and Visa.
The exact payment options shown at checkout can vary by country or region, currency, device, browser, cart contents, and payment provider eligibility. If a method is not shown during checkout, it may not be available for that specific order.
To protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, some orders may require additional review before fulfillment. For example, we may need to confirm billing details, shipping information, or the checkout email address. Divoom will never ask you to send your full card number, card security code, or account password by email.
If your payment is declined, please check that your billing address, card details, bank authorization, and checkout information are correct. You can also try another available payment method shown at checkout.
If your bank or payment provider shows a pending charge but you did not receive a Divoom order confirmation, please do not place a duplicate order right away. A pending charge can be a temporary authorization, or the order may have been created under a different checkout email. Contact us so we can help check the order record.
