Forest pixel art questions
How do I avoid a forest becoming a green wall?
Create a clear depth break, such as a path or a lighter distant layer. Vary the tree heights and leave some open sky or ground between the larger masses.
Should every tree have detailed leaves?
No. Keep distant trees simple and reserve detail for a few foreground forms. Repeating dense leaf marks everywhere can flatten the scene.
What kind of motion does the forest GIF show?
It is a short whole-illustration floating loop made from one licensed artwork. It does not simulate natural movement, change individual parts or reproduce a hand-drawn animation cycle. The exported canvas is 128 x 128 pixels.
