How do I pair my Ditoo-Pro with the Divoom app?

The Ditoo-Pro uses Bluetooth for audio playback and app pairing for all visual features. Basic audio works through your phone native Bluetooth settings, but pixel art, clock faces, animations, and alarms require the app.

  1. Power on your Ditoo-Pro and place it near your phone
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone

Tip: Connecting Ditoo-Pro through your phone Bluetooth settings alone does not unlock screen customization. Always complete the pairing inside the Divoom app for full control.

Wi-Fi Setup (Times Gate and Times Frame)

How do I connect Times Gate to Wi-Fi?

The Times Gate desk dashboard uses Wi-Fi to power live weather widgets, calendar sync, real-time clock updates, and dynamic pixel content. Setup is handled entirely through the Divoom app.

Wi-Fi requirement: Only 2.4 GHz networks are supported. 5 GHz networks will not appear during setup. If your router broadcasts both bands, make sure your phone is connected to the 2.4 GHz network before starting the app setup flow.

How do I connect Times Frame to Wi-Fi?

The Times Frame smart display uses Wi-Fi for photo and video uploads, live weather readouts, customizable clock faces, countdown timers, and widget updates. Like Times Gate, all configuration goes through the Divoom app.

Connect your phone to a 2.4 GHz network, then follow the in-app instructions. Once connected, Times Frame can receive new content remotely and display uploaded photos even after the initial setup.
