Divoom ships most United States and Europe orders from local warehouses, while other regions ship by available standard or expedited services based on destination, package size, and package weight.

Processing and tracking
After payment is confirmed, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Purchases made after 1 p.m. Pacific Time are shipped by the next business day. Orders after 1 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday may ship the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Incorrect address
Contact us within 24 hours
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 24 hours at mia@divoom.com. Once the package has shipped, the address cannot be changed. Divoom is not responsible if the package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
