Where can I find my product model?

Check the label on the bottom or back of the product, the retail box, or the device name shown in the Divoom app. You can search this page with either the product name or a known model alias.

Why is my language not listed?

The language menu only shows files that are currently available for that product. Choose “All languages” to check for a multilingual edition, or contact support and include your product model and preferred language.

What should I do if a PDF will not open?

Try opening the file in a new browser tab or a current PDF reader. If the link still fails, contact support with the product name and language so the file can be checked.

What if I cannot find my product?

Clear the search and browse every category. Some products also appear under an older name. If the model is still missing, send support a photo of the product label.
