Most Divoom USB-powered products can be used in both 110V and 220V regions. You do not need a heavy voltage transformer for these products. Use the original charging cable and a suitable local USB wall adapter, commonly 5V/2A or 5V/3A depending on the product.
Most USB-powered Divoom products do not require a large voltage transformer in 220V countries. The usual solution is to use the original charging cable with a local USB wall adapter that outputs 5V/2A or 5V/3A. If the device does not charge, switch away from computer USB ports and incompatible fast chargers first.
Most Divoom products include the original charging cable, but a wall adapter is usually not included. You do not need to buy a voltage transformer for normal USB-powered Divoom products; just use a suitable local USB wall adapter. For many models, a 5V/2A or 5V/3A adapter works best with the original cable. If your product page or manual lists a specific power requirement, follow that requirement first.

Most Divoom smart products are controlled through the Divoom app. The app lets you manage pixel art, clocks, animations, widgets, settings, and device connection features depending on the model. Our app is called Divoom, the same as our brand name. You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Please make sure your device supports WiFi, your phone is close to the device, and your router settings meet the product requirements. Restart the device, reopen the Divoom app, and try pairing again. If it still fails, send us your product model, phone model, app version, WiFi setting screenshot if available, and a short video of the connection process. We will help check whether the issue is related to setup, firmware, or the app.
Please make sure Bluetooth is enabled, the device is powered on, and the device is not already connected to another phone. If pairing fails, remove the device from your phone’s Bluetooth list and pair again through the Divoom app.

Pixoo-64 is the stronger choice for pixel art plus online information counters, such as social media stats, streaming channel followers, Twitch information, and game-related data like KDA. Pixoo and Pixoo-Max are better for pixel art, clocks, weather, notifications, temperature/noise-style information, and room or shop display use. Online widgets need Wi-Fi and the Divoom app, and finance data such as stocks or crypto may have a short delay, often around 10-15 minutes depending on the data source.
Stock ticker availability may depend on data providers, market changes, and app updates. If a ticker is missing or outdated, send us the ticker symbol, product model, app version, and a screenshot of the app page where you searched for it. Yes, supported Divoom pixel products let you create, upload, or display pixel art through the Divoom app. Available creation tools and display size depend on the product model.

If album artwork from another app does not appear, that app may not be sending image data to the Divoom device. Turn on the device, open the Divoom app, tap Add Device, and allow the app to use Bluetooth and location permissions if your phone asks. Keep the device close to your phone during setup. If the app cannot find the device, restart the device and app, reopen Bluetooth on your phone, and try again.
On many Android phones, Bluetooth scanning requires location permission from the system. This does not mean we need your physical location for normal product use; it is required so the app can search for and connect nearby Bluetooth devices. Please allow the permission during setup, then try adding the device again.
For music playback, please connect the speaker through your phone’s Bluetooth audio list, not only through the Divoom app. The app connection is mainly for device settings and display control, while Bluetooth audio is used for sound. Also check that the phone volume and device volume are turned up, and that the speaker is in Bluetooth audio mode.
Please connect your device to the Divoom app first, then open the clock/time setting in the app to update the device time. In most cases, the device will sync with your phone time after connecting. If the time becomes incorrect again after syncing, contact us with your product model and app version so we can help check whether it is a setting issue or a device issue.
Lyric display depends on the product model, phone system, music app, region, and app version. For Tiivoo-2, overseas lyric display has been tested with Joox in some cases. In China, some music apps may support Bluetooth lyric display when the lyric or car/Bluetooth lyric setting is turned on inside the music app. If lyrics are important to you, please tell us your product model, phone model, music app, and country before purchase so we can help confirm the current compatibility.
Please turn on the device and keep it close to your phone, then restart the Divoom app and your phone’s Bluetooth. If it still does not appear, restart your phone, delete old connection records if needed, and try again. If your product uses Wi-Fi, also test with a phone hotspot or a different Wi-Fi network to rule out router restrictions.
If setup is stuck around 40%, please make sure you are using the latest Divoom app. Reinstalling the app can also help in some cases. Then try setup again with a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, and avoid public Wi-Fi that requires web login or extra verification.
If setup is stuck around 60%, the device is usually having trouble connecting to the router. Please check that the Wi-Fi password is correct, including uppercase and lowercase letters. Do not use public Wi-Fi without a standard password, such as airport, shopping mall, hotel, or school networks that require browser login. If possible, try a phone hotspot or a different home Wi-Fi network.
Please make sure your router uses WPA2 security mode instead of mixed WPA/WPA2 mode, then try connecting again. Keep the Times Frame close to the router during setup, confirm the Wi-Fi password is correct, and test with a phone hotspot if needed. If the issue continues, contact us with your app account ID, product model, and a screenshot or video of the setup page.
For Pixoo-64 Wi-Fi setup, please clear old Bluetooth connection records if necessary, keep the device close to your router, confirm your Wi-Fi password is correct, and use a normal password-protected home Wi-Fi network. Public Wi-Fi networks that require browser login are usually not suitable. If setup still fails, try a phone hotspot or another router, because some routers have firewall settings that block new devices.
We do not recommend using public Wi-Fi for setup. Networks in airports, malls, hotels, schools, dorms, and offices may require browser login, SMS verification, or extra authentication that the device cannot complete. For the first setup, please use a normal home Wi-Fi network or a phone hotspot.
Yes. A phone hotspot is useful for testing whether the issue comes from your router or home network. For Wi-Fi products, you may need two phones: one phone shares the hotspot, and the other phone runs the Divoom app to connect the device to that hotspot.

Ditoo 5-Mic / Ditoo-Mic is made for karaoke, singing, party use, and microphone interaction, but it is not designed for answering phone calls or hands-free calling. If your main need is phone-call support, choose a model that clearly lists this feature, such as Itour-S, which includes hands-free calling, or Lovelock, which lists a built-in microphone for voice notes or answering calls. For karaoke, Ditoo-Mic, Fairy-OK, SongBird, and Spark models are better choices; for phone calls, use a model with call support listed on the product page.

Pixoo-64 also has more advanced possibilities for users who want API or third-party dashboard-style setups. These online counters need Wi-Fi and app setup, and availability can change if a social platform changes its data access or if the app updates its supported services.
